In response to the catastrophic floods that devastated Baghlan Province, the Mizan Charity Foundation, supported by the Al-Amdad Foundation, swiftly launched a relief operation. On March 12, 2024, our dedicated team delivered urgent assistance to 50 families who suffered extensive losses. The floods left many without shelter and essentials, pushing them into acute need.
To alleviate the immediate hardships, we distributed comprehensive aid packages that included vital food supplies such as flour, oil, rice, and beans. Recognizing the cold and discomfort caused by the floods, we also provided each family with two warm blankets. These resources were crucial in helping them sustain through the initial recovery phase.
