On March 26th, in the heart of Kabul, Mezan Charity Foundation extended a hand of support to some of the most resilient women in our society—widows and female-headed households. These women, who face immense challenges daily, were provided with direct cash assistance to help ease their burdens and support their families with dignity.
In many parts of the world, including Kabul, widows and women without a family breadwinner often struggle to meet basic needs. Through your generous contributions, we were able to reach out and make a tangible difference in their lives. Cash support gives these women the freedom to prioritize what their families need most—be it food, healthcare, education, or rent.
This initiative reflects our continued commitment to empowering women in vulnerable situations, especially those who carry the weight of both caregiving and providing.
