Solar Systems Bring Light to 110 Families in Paktika

Mezan Charity Foundation has once again delivered hope and relief by distributing solar systems to 110 underprivileged families across various districts of Paktika Province. This initiative aims to provide a sustainable and cost-effective solution to families who previously lived without electricity, spending their nights in darkness.

Each solar system package included a solar panel, a battery, three light bulbs, and necessary wiring, ensuring that households now have access to reliable and eco-friendly energy. For many of these families, this marks the first time they can enjoy the comfort and security of light at night without incurring any ongoing expenses.

The beneficiaries, many of whom are among the most vulnerable in their communities, expressed immense gratitude for this transformative support. By illuminating their homes, these solar systems are not only enhancing daily life but also creating opportunities for children to study in the evenings and for families to extend their activities beyond daylight hours.

This project underscores Mezan Charity Foundation’s commitment to addressing basic needs through innovative and sustainable solutions. Access to electricity is not just about convenience—it is about improving quality of life, enabling education, and fostering dignity.

We are grateful to our donors and supporters who make such impactful projects possible. Together, we are bringing light and hope to communities in need. Let’s continue to work together to brighten lives and build a better future for all.
