Dairy Goats Distributed to 50 Vulnerable Families in Paktika

On 26/1/1403, Mezan Charity Foundation continued its commitment to sustainable livelihood programs by providing dairy goats to 50 underprivileged families in Tarwa Zandakai Village, Yahyakhel District, Paktika Province. This initiative focused on empowering widows, orphans, and the families of martyrs, offering them a means to improve their financial stability.

The distribution was conducted in collaboration with the Department of Martyrs and Disabled Affairs, ensuring that the assistance reached those most in need. Each family received dairy goats, enabling them to produce milk for personal use and sale in local markets. This provides the families with a consistent source of nutrition and income, helping them to move toward greater self-reliance.

The families, many of whom have faced immense hardships, expressed profound gratitude for the support. These dairy goats are not just livestock but a lifeline for these households, offering them hope and a pathway toward a more secure future.

This project is part of Mezan Charity Foundation’s broader strategy to support communities with sustainable and impactful solutions. By empowering families with tools for self-sufficiency, we are fostering resilience and creating opportunities for long-term development.
